Nexia Holdings hired otc-advisors.com  which is related to several other sites which I will give a unhonorable mention to for being useless.  Brent DeRouen  is the apparent owner of the company that I hired.  He did little more than steal our money.  This isn’t the first time this has happened, probably won’t be the last in the rough and tumble world of penny stocks. But, I hope to prevent other companies from being ripped off from this guy.  He also operates under www.shamrockstocks.com .  He is a total sham in my book.  If you wish to hear directly from me and get a true reference about this guy leave me your contact information.  WRIT

If you have been a small cap investor or day trader for almost any length of time, you know the pitfalls of holding a position of a company that a stock scammer (aka Pump and Dump artist) is doing his dirty work on.
 
Every year there seems to be dozens of new stock scammers emerging.  Some of them take free trading shares and dump them on investors… Some of them steal money from public companies and in return offer ZERO services.
 
Today, I am reluctant to say the newest scammers for 2011 are from our organization. 
 
Their names:  Derek C. McCarthy, Fredrick (Kalei) Cutcher and Brian P. McFadden.
 
These 3 individuals were fired from our company last week due to them contacting our past, current and potential clients in an effort to be enriched personally. 
 
They have succeded many times.
 
They are claiming that our firm has initiated a new way to provide coverage and awareness to public companies by means of www.investornewssource.com.  This is a new website and we are not affiliated by any means with them. 
 
It is owned by Brian P. McFadden.  He also owns Railnine Media – the bank account that money is being transferred into.
 
We send this e-mail out to you so that you may protect yourselves. 
 
Derek C. McCarthy seems to be the ring leader but we know that all three of them have profited from this scam.
